Calling all Watch D.O.G.S!

Our Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) program is up and running again this year, but many dates on our calendar are blank.  Those of you who are new to Ramsey might be wondering . . .  “What is Watch D.O.G.S.?”  It is a K-12 program that invites fathers, grandfathers, uncles, or other father figures to volunteer at least one day all day at their child’s/student's school during the school year.Watch D.O.G.S. volunteers perform a variety of tasks during their volunteer day including greeting students in the morning, assisting with loading of buses and cars in the afternoon, monitoring the lunch room, playing on the playground, and helping in the classroom with a teacher's guidance by working with small groups of students on homework, flashcards, or spelling.  Ramsey students and teachers love Watch D.O.G.S.!!  If you are interested in participating in this great program, please call Megan Motley at 765-2020 to register and check for available dates.
